Why we are different
We aim to provide the type of implementation, transition, and hosting services that other companies tend to steer away from, as they are non-standard, complex and possibly a bit scary. We also do this in a well-organised, thorough way. So, we try to do the out-of-the-ordinary, in a way that is understandable and acceptable to everyone.

Our services and expertise often fill the gap between application development and standard hosting.

We have coined the phrase "Managed Specials" to describe what we do in two words.

Implementation and Hosting
We implement your application in your own environment, in a standard environment we have available for you, or in a hosting environment designed exactly according to your specific needs by Bitbrains. Implementing new applications requires a lot of finetuning and discussion with internal customers, application developers and network and hardware providers. We handle the greater part of this for you. After implementation, we ensure that your application is hosted safely and professionally. At your own location, or at one of our locations.

Operations and Service Management
We take the utmost care that you remain in control of your application. If you need a change done, we do it for you. You can subscribe to our change management services, for instance, so that you can always be certain that we have time to do fast-track changes and maintenance for you, when you need them. We ensure that our Operational administration for your processes, applications and environments is up-to-date and correct. We have qualified service managers on our team to make sure. And our engineers remain involved throughout the life cycle. We are not afraid to keep doing the ground work.

Concept Development and Architecture Design
We translate your business needs to technology and architecture concepts that will work. We help you choose a technology and an architecture, or we help you finetune these. We can do Architectural lead or architectural design for applications, frameworks or for complete environments.

Proof of Concept
We realise and implement new architecture concepts (designed within or without Bitbrains) for your (new) applications in a temporary hosting environment to help you proof your business case.

Hired expertise and Second Opinions
If you need expertise that you do not have available inside your company, you can call us. We can hire out staff members on a contracting or ad hoc basis, if available. Customers have asked us to come and help them with problems that needed solving straight away. And we did. Of course, if it is possible to plan ahead, that helps assure our availability.

Customers have also asked us to give our opinion on concepts and blueprints already designed. Of course we can do that too. We like to make technology work.
